Remembrance Day

Remembrance Services have been altered this year due to COVID-19 concerns.  Most locations are encouraging the public to not attend services, but rather to show their respect in other manners, such as supporting the Poppy Campaign.  Funds collected from the Poppy Campaign are used to help Veterans and their families, and to promote Remembrance services and programs.

Information about how you can support the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 475 (Kitley-Toledo) can be found by reading their letter (click here).  The letter also summarizes their Service of Remembrance.

Remembrance Day in 2020 marks the 75th Anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
Lest we forget the brave men and women, both past and present, who serve our country with great honour.
